Affiliate Disclosure
We are transparent about how we make money. This page explains our affiliate relationships and how they do — and don't — affect what we write.
FTC disclosure
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255), MysticIndex discloses that some pages on this site contain affiliate links. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
What this means in practice
An affiliate link looks like any other link but contains a tracking parameter that tells the retailer you arrived via MysticIndex. When that visit results in a qualifying purchase, we earn a small commission — typically a percentage of the sale price. You pay exactly the same price whether you use our link or go directly to the retailer.
Commissions help fund the research and writing that keeps this site free to use. They do not determine what products we mention, how we rank them, or what we say about them.
Our editorial standards
We do not accept payment to feature, recommend, or positively review any product. Products and services mentioned on this site are included because they are relevant to the topic being discussed — not because of any commercial arrangement. An affiliate relationship does not guarantee inclusion, positive coverage, or any specific placement.
If a product has a meaningful limitation or downside, we say so. See our editorial approach for our full content standards.
Where affiliate links appear
Affiliate links may appear on any page of this site, including articles, guides, and tool pages. We do not flag every individual link, but where affiliate relationships are material to the content — for example, a comparison of products — we note it prominently at the top of the page.
